Carpatair stops Timisoara flights |

Romanian regional airline Carpatair has stopped it's flights between the western Romanian city of Timisoara and Vienna after only one year of operation.
On Friday 25-Sep-2009 a Saab 2000 of Carpatair flew the last service in and out of Vienna, one of six weekly scheduled flights the company had operated.
Obviously Carpatair's transfer hub in Timisoara did not generate enough traffic to operate economically enough and to compete against Austrian Airlines' 11 weekly flights on this route.
